Announcing MOPS Mart 2012 at FUMC in New Braunfels
MOPS Mart 2012
Come shop with over 30 vendors and get some early holiday shopping done!
It is FREE to get in. M. O. P. S. (Mothers of Preschoolers) is an international Christian organization providing support and networking to mothers of preschool aged children. Funds raised at MOPS MART will be used to support outreach and growth efforts of the New Braunfels Chapter.
When:Thursday, November 8th 2012
4:00pm-7:00pm (vendor set-up starts at 2:00pm)

Where:
MOPS Mart will be held at our usual meeting location: First United Methodist Church, 572 W San Antonio Street, in Wesley Hall (behind the church off Mill Street).
We're still looking for vendors! Vendor Requirements:$25.00 for a spot and $35.00 if we provide a 6ft table. (Please make checks payable to MOPS)
Donation of one door prize (approx. $10.00 in value or more)
Childcare available for Vendors:
Childcare is available this year from 3:00-9:00. There will be a charge of $10 per child and this cost includes dinner (pizza), a drink and a snack. Please indicate on your registration form if you will need this service.

How and Why to Advertise with NB MOPS
If you have a business in New Braunfels, you are probably always looking for ways to get the word out there about what you do. Advertising is expensive though, huh?! Well we can offer you lots of exposure on a monthly basis to moms who live in New Braunfels and who shop in New Braunfels too, all at an affordable price. Plus when you choose to advertise in the MOPS Newsletters, your contributions are really going toward a great cause and truly do make a difference to the Mothers who attend. So if you are interested, the pricing and contact info is right here. By the way, if your business is in any way geared towards moms, women, kids or families, then you are an absolute perfect candidate for this!
$30.00 for One Semester (August - December or January - May)
Your business ad (approximately business card size) will be placed in five monthly newsletters and will be handed out to our 50-60 moms per month at each meeting. In addition, an electronic version will be posted to our blog and our Facebook page, which are accessible to anyone online. Your electronic ad will have a link back to your website or Facebook page, whatever link you designate.
If you would like to advertise all year, then the cost is $60.00.
Door prizes of all kinds will be accepted in lieu of payment, but arrangements must be made for pick-up/drop-off of the door prize prior to each monthly meeting.

Who's bringing food this month? Check out the schedule below to find out. And if it's your turn, don't forget to bring your recipe with you for whatever you made (please don't ever feel badly if you didn't make your contribution, lots of us don't!). This year we will be collecting all the recipes and giving every mom a recipe "cooklet" or um...booklet at the end of the year. We will still be voting for the favorite recipes like we have in the past and those will be featured in the final booklet and in the newsletters every month too. Looking forward to some yummy food!
